前回は、アドセンスにおける
小規模サイトの量産方法から
パワーサイト化に至るまでの流れをお話致しました。

そして今回お話するのは、アドセンスでの
ニッチキーワード戦略です。

キーワードの選定技術は、
アフィリエイトをしていく上で
必ず身につけなければならない
必須スキルと言えます。

特にサイトアフィリにおけるキーワード戦略というのは
非常に奥が深く、語り出したら1冊の本が出来る程ですし、
実際、キーワードだけに特化した
書籍や情報商材が売られているくらいです。

ですが、今回はアドセンスという
成約を取らなくても良いモデルでの
キーワード戦略ということで、
通常のアフィリエイトよりも
シンプルに攻めることが可能になります。

そこで今回は、特にアドセンスビジネスにおける
キーワード選定方法についてお話致します。

これからお話しする
キーワード選定方法を駆使すれば、
そのキーワードが稼げるかどうか
またどの複合キーワードの組み合わせが
狙い目かといったようなことを
ある程度機械的な調査方法で、
選定することが可能となります。

勿論、通常の成約を取るアフィリエイトにおいても
基本となる考え方になるので、
最終的に成約重視のアフィリエイトで稼ぐための
基本技術としても身につけておいて損はありません。

■キーワード選定における３つの指針

まずキーワード調査の基本として、
下記の3つを知る必要があるわけです。

・検索需要
・ライバル数
・広告数

私の場合は、
上記の３つの調査項目それぞれに対して
ある明確な指針を設定し、
それを元に、ほぼ機械的に
キーワードを選定しています。

この３つを指針にして、
ある一定基準を満たしたキーワードで
片っぱしからサイトを作っていくという
手法をとっているわけです。

この指針でキーワードを選べば
それなりに高確率で稼いでくれるキーワードを
選びだすことが出来るわけです。

では、この３つの指針について、
一つずつ見ていくことにします。

■検索需要

これは基本です。

検索需要に関しては、
Yahoo!のovertureのキーワードアドバイスツールが
１年以上前に使えなくなってから、
「フェレット」や「キーワードアドバイスツールプラス」
なんかがよく使われています。

ですが、私が使っているのはYahoo!関連検索サーチです。

Yahoo!Japan関連検索ワードサーチ

このYahoo!関連検索サーチとは、
Yahoo!で検索した時に、虫メガネのアイコンの横に出てくる
複合語の組み合わせをまとめたものになります。

↓つまり、ここです。

クリックすると、さらに複合語の組み合わせが
でてくる場合があります。

この部分には、Yahoo!でよく検索される複合語の組み合わせが
表示されているようで、検索需要を調べる指針としては
それなりに信頼出来るものです。

ですから、それをまとめて検索できる
「Yahoo!Japan関連検索ワードサーチ」はかなり使えます。

ここにキーワードを打ち込んで複合語が出てきたら、
とりあえず検索回数はクリアしたと考えて良いでしょう。

あと、Googleのキーワードツールも
かなり良いと思います。

キーワード ツール

私は面倒なのでそれほど頻繁には使っていませんが、
検索回数等のデータが細かく出てくるので
検索需要の調査には最適です。

■ライバル数

ライバルサイトの数を知ることで、
そのキーワードの参入障壁を知ることができます。

ライバルサイト数やライバルサイトの強さに関しては、
様々な判定基準があるわけですが、
ここでは1つの明確で簡単な指針で
対処することにします。

それは、「allintitle数」というものです。

allintitle数とは、指定したキーワードが
タイトルタグ内の文字列に含めているサイトの数を示します。

タイトルタグとは、

↓ソースで言えばこの部分です。

↓ブラウザ上ではこの部分に出てくる文字列のことです。

この部分に含まれる文字列は、検索エンジンから、
そのページの最も重要な文字列だと判断される上、
リンクを貰う時も、その名前でリンクを貰う
(＝アンカーテキストに含まれる)確率が
非常に高いわけです。

ですから、その部分にキーワードを含んでいるサイトの数を、
そのままライバルサイトの数と考えるのです。

このallintitle数が少ないほど、ライバル数が少なく、
上位表示が狙いやすいと考えられます。

例えYahoo!カテゴリー登録サイトであったとしても、
ページ内の本文のほんの一部にのみ
キーワードが含まれているだけであれば、
そのキーワードでの検索エンジンの評価は、
タイトル内にそのキーワードを含んでいるペラサイトに
負けてしまう可能性は大いにあるわけです。

このallintitle数は、

「allintitle:キーワード1 キーワード2」

とyahoo!の検索窓に打ち込むことで調べることが出来ます。

(Yahoo!の場合、キーワード１とキーワード2の間は必ず半角で)

ここで、そのキーワードが狙い目かどうかの基準としては、
私はざっくりと下記のような基準でキーワードを選んでいます。

　
～１０　→お宝
～１００　→かなり狙い目
～５００　→狙い目
～２０００　→まぁまぁ狙い目
～１００００　→サイトを作ってみる価値はあり

■広告数

広告数というのは、そのキーワードでサイトを作った場合の、
アドセンス広告のマッチする度合いを測ろうというものです。

これに関してはGoogleとYahoo!の検索窓に
実際にキーワードを打ち込んでみて
広告が出てくるかどうかで判断します。

上部と右側に広告が沢山出る場合は、
アドセンスでも広告の出稿が多い
キーワードである可能性が高いと、
とりあえずは判断して良いでしょう。

勿論、これも100パーセントではないので、
あくまで目安として考えて下さい。

■サイトを作ること自体がキーワード調査

以上のような指針でキーワードを選定し、
小規模サイトを量産していくことになります。

ここでは、100パーセント上位表示が
出来るわけではありませんし、
アクセスが必ず集まるわけでもありませんし、
確実に稼げるというわけでもありません。

この小規模サイトの量産というのは、
前回のメルマガでも述べましたが、
これ自体がキーワード調査も兼ねているわけです。

いくら徹底的にキーワード調査、
ライバル調査をしたとしても、
実際にサイトを作ってみなければ、
上位表示されるか、
アクセスが集まるか、
稼げるかは
分からないわけです。

ですから、ある程度の指針を元にあたりをつけたら、
あとはそれらのキーワードで簡単なサイトを沢山作っていき、
実際にアクセスが集まるか、反応があるかを
調査するわけですね。

上記の3つの指針による調査は、割と良い確率で
稼げるキーワードを見つけてくれるものですが、
やはり、机上の調査では限界がありますので、
このようにサイトを作っていくことで
キーワードの調査を行うという感覚は
持っておく必要があります。

■キーワード調査はツールで

キーワード選定の３つの指針に
話を戻しますね。

この選定方法は、
上記に説明したとおり、
かなり機械的なものになります。

ですから、これはツールで自動化してしまう
という方法もあります。

この３つの指針を基準に
キーワードを調べてくれるツールというのは、
いくつかのアドセンス系の塾で配布されていますし、
またこの機能を持ったツールを
単体で販売しているところもあるようです。

こういったツールを利用するのも1つの手です。

ただ、私の知る限り、この手の塾やツールは
高価なものです。

手動のみでのキーワード選定も可能ですし、
私もアドセンス参入初期は
ツールを使わず手動で調べていました。

ですから、お財布と相談して
必要であれば導入すると良いと思います。

とりあえず私が入っていて
ツールが提供されるアドセンス塾の
一つをご紹介いたします。

現在、私が参加しているのは、
「きくち塾」というアドセンス塾で、
使っているキーワード探しのツールも、
この塾で無料配布されているものになります。

キーワードを自動収集してくれるツールも使っています。

私は、これらのツールで収集したキーワードで
片っぱしからサイトを作っているわけです。

ペラサイトによる量産で爆発的に稼ぐ塾生を多数輩出してきました。

実際、ニッチなキーワードで上位表示されているサイトの多くは、
このきくち塾のペラサイトでした。

ニッチキーワード　＋　サイトの量産　＋　クリック率の爆発

という3つを効率よく達成するための
かなりシンプルで合理的な方法論を
確立していた塾だったのですが・・・

先の警告騒動とペラサイト狩りにより、
半ば崩壊してしまったわけです。

しかし、このキーワードツールは
今でも凄く使えます。

きくち塾に入っている人は、
このキーワードツールだけは
アドセンスだけでなく
楽天やASPアフィリでも活用できますので、
是非使っていきましょうね。

ただ、このツールのみを手に入れるためだけに
きくち塾に入る必要はないと思います。

その後どのような運営がされているのかについて、
私の眼から見た状況をお話しする予定ですので、

ツールを手に入れるためだけにきくち塾に入るのは、
ちょっと高価な買い物になってしまいますので
お勧めはしませんが、
それ以外の面でも入塾価値を感じられたのであれば
入ってみるのも良いと思います。
